Can your golf club take junior members?

Junior Boys at 2007 Irish Open in Adare

As part of the Buntus Programme and Women in Sport project, Junior Golf Ireland want to know if your golf club can provide membership for junior golfers in the coming year. Having now completed Tri-golf programmes in most parts of the country, JGI are keen to transfer golfers of primary school level to local golf clubs, many of whom are extremely keen and eager to get started. Similarly, it is planned to expand the Women in Sport project to other areas of the country, and in doing so JGI needs to know what golf clubs have membership availability for 15-17 year old girls. Please contact Niamh Kitching at JGI nkitching@juniorgolfireland.com.
